With all the boring stuff and your questionnaire completed I’ll start the analytical part; shaping out visually what your shoot looks like. We’ll revise your shoot plan as needed and on the final pre-shoot call discuss findings and we plan together; clothing, props, locations and set dates for your shoot.

We’ve done the prep and today you can relax as I guide you through the shoot plan. The day will be informal and fun yet encouraging and supportive helping you feel at ease and your natural self.

We just chat, I will be giving some simple instructions but mainly I will just be taking shots without any awkward posing.

No. We all have different styles, methods and levels of experiences. I have been shooting branding for 16 years and I come from a business background. This makes me a hybrid business. I can approach you both as a business consultant AND a creative brand photographer. Your photos will be more accurate and natural to suit your business but still be interesting and creative.
I will make sure I understand your business before I take a single photo because the two should work together.

There's three reasons for this.
1 ) to understand the best way to represent you in photos. To do this I must know what your business ‘looks like’, to visualise it. In knowing who you want to attract I can make better, richer decisions abut where and how to photograph you. It should be clear and accurate from your images what your business is about. Your clients should more easily identify with you through your photos. We wont shoot you in a coffee bar if it not relevant to your business.
2 ) You will feel more relaxed having a shoot plan upfront.
3 ) This extra level of communication means we have really grown our relationship. Often lots of chats via WhatsApp. We know each other really well and we then work better together on the day.

Yes. My style is ‘documentary photography’, photos taken when you aren't expecting them. This results are deeply, natural and charismatic shots that capture your business personality.
I have studied ‘Semiotics' widely used in marketing/advertising in the process of image making. This approach ensures that every part of your image is ‘on-message’. This is because every part of your image has a subconscious meaning.
